Dr. David Chen, D.O.

Certified Medical Marijuana Physician

Dr. Chen is credentialed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health to certify patients to participate in the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program. He has been evaluating and certifying medical marijuana patients in Pennsylvania and in the process of expanding throughout the nation.

Dr. Chen is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. He stayed to serve in the community since completing his residency in Family Medicine at Penn State Health St. Joseph.
